Farmland Preservation

Another aspect of land preservation here in New Jersey is the acquisition of Farmland Development Easements. Municipalities, counties, non-profits, as well as the State of New Jersey itself, acting through the State Agriculture Development Committee (SADC), have preserved well over 200,000 acres of farmland in the State.

At Mark Tinder Appraisals, we are proud to have had a hand in this Garden State success story, with Mark Tinder having appraised several thousand acres for farmland preservation easements in Morris, Somerset, Hunterdon and Mercer Counties.

Mark Tinder Appraisals: an accurate appraisal, every time.
